The house is located at 13 Tigran Mets Avenue
(formerly Old Barracks, then October Avenue), within the perimeter development
of the block.
It is two stories high and has a П-shaped plan with wings of unequal length. The main facade is on the west side, facing the avenue. The rooms in the main rectangular building (32.9 x 13.5 m) have a two-row arrangement. There is a passage leading to the mansion's courtyard. Three cantilever balconies face the avenue. The windows are rectangular, the upper ones are framed, decorated with figured brackets and arched pediments, while the walls under the windows have geometric ornaments. Semi-circular arched openings emphasize the direction of entry and exit from the avenue to the building and courtyard. The entrance emphasizes with a suspended balcony and a triangular pediment that protrudes from the wall plane and rises above the crowning cornice. The decorative design of the facade consists of flat pilasters with capitals adorned with bas-reliefs, belts, parapet slabs, and dentils on the cornice and facade.
The balconies have metal railings. The main facade is faced with black tuff. The ceilings are flat and wooden.
