G. Bizet "Carmen"
Carmen is an opera by French composer Georges Bizet, based on the novella of the same title by Prosper Mérimée. The new concept of "Carmen" is based on the idea of shortage of time and its transformation. The motives of many heroes’ actions become clear with the understanding of the power of time or its negligence. Carmen, the main heroine of the opera is accompanied by a new character: butterfly. The later is as attractive as Carmen and has a day-long life. The appraisal of time and a unique sense of consciousness unify them.

A. Tigranyan "Anoush" opera
Armen Tigranyan's "Anoush" opera in 3 acts. It is based on the poem of the same name by Hovhannes Tumanyan. Originally composed in 1912, it was first performed in Alexandropol, but it had to wait until 1935 for its full professional staging at the Armenian National Opera Theater. The opera has special importance to Armenian musical history as one of its most significant accomplishments. Being a work of national character, "Anoush" was the first opera truly inspired by Armenian folk music and culture, and it is perhaps the most popular Armenian musical and theatrical work. The opera is about the tragedy of a peasant girl (Anoush) whose short love affair ends in loss and death because of conflict between her lover (Saro) and her brother (Mossy).

A. Khachaturian "Spartacus"
"Spartacus" is a ballet by Aram Khachaturian (1903–1978). The work follows the exploits of Spartacus, the leader of the slave uprising against the Romans known as the Third Servile War, although the ballet's storyline takes considerable liberties with the historical record. The libretto is based on the idea of the struggle for universal freedom.
