State index: 1.7.18.7

It is located in the central area of Dalma Garden, on the left bank of the Canal.

It was constructed in the XIX century, during the reign of Hossein Qoli Khan, the last Persian sardar of Yerevan (1807-1828), when the Dalma Canal was reopened, new gardens were established, viticulture and winemaking gained new momentum, many wineries and cellars were built.

It is a vaulted structure with a rectangular plan with external dimensions of 9.85 x 5.90 m, made of semi-finished tuff and basalt stones and clay mortar. The walls were plastered from the inside with straw-mixed clay (a small part has been preserved). There are several niches on the walls. The roof and floor are covered with earth. The arched 117 cm entrance is from the south.

Historically, during the Soviet period, this structure functioned as a warehouse for pesticides.
