VISITOR INFORMATION
A special place in the historical territory of the Ararat Brandy-Wine-Vodka Factory is occupied by the museum, which stores and presents information and personal properties about people who made a great contribution to the development of the factory, such as N. Tairyan, N. Shustov, M. Sedrakyan, M. Musinyants, K. Silchenko.
The
factory, named after the biblical Ararat, is also symbolically represented by a

Descends from Ararat”.
The
museum also exhibits a bas-relief from the performance of the banned play “Woe
from Wit” by the Russian writer Alexander Griboyedov, organized in 1827 as part
of his visit to the Erivan Fortress. (The play was staged near the Dalmahan
Wall of the Erivan Fortress. The roles were played by Russian officers, and the
roles of the women were played by young soldiers).
A
separate section in the museum contains information about Gagik Tsarukyan,
where the new achievements of the combine are also presented.
