Holy Cross Church is a domed church with a traditional architectural style. 2006

Holy Cross Church is located in the Nerkin Charbakh district of the Shengavit administrative district.

The construction of the church began in 1996 according to the project of architect Hrach Gasparyan and was completed in 2006. The initiator and benefactor of the church construction is a resident of the Nerkin Charbakh district, Khachatur Vardanyan. The church was consecrated on November 10, 2006 by the Vicar of the Ararat Patriarchal Diocese, Archbishop Navasard Ktchoyan.

Holy Cross Church is a domed church with a traditional architectural style. There are vestries on both sides of the hall. In the holy altar is a copy of the famous painting “The Virgin Mary with the Child” by the famous artist Vardges Sureniants.

The church's bellfry was built in 2012. The church also has a pastor's house, a small hall, and a memorial dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide is located in the courtyard.
