“Yerevan Ballet Fest” as a new symbol of the city’s culture
The flamboyant ballet atmosphere was reigning in Yerevan for four days. On the last day of Yerevan Ballet Fest, Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre after Z.Paliashvili was on stage to perform classical and neoclassical ballet episodes.
“Yerevan Ballet Fest” has been initiated and accomplished by Yerevan Municipality in collaboration with the National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet after A.Spendiaryan.
This year the festival brought together more than 40 thousand spectators. The festival has become a real cultural firework in Yerevan which will grow into an annual tradition: next year new famous names will be hosted in our hospitable city.

Shengavit settlement is an ancient settlement, an archaeological monument of the Kura Araxes culture. It is located in the southwestern part of the city in the Shengavit region. One of the most important archaeological monuments of Armenia from the Early Bronze Age.

Diana Abgar park was put into operation after reconstruction in June 2019. It is located in the central part of Mashtots Avenue.
