The monument to Marshal of the Soviet
Union, twice Hero of the USSR Hovhannes Baghramian (1897-1982) is located in
front of the American University of Armenia building, on the edge of Marshal
Baghramian Avenue.
The famous military commander is depicted
riding a horse, in military uniform.
The monument is made of bronze and
granite, the height including the pedestal is 9 m.
