Early 20th century
State
index: 1.6.200.4
The house is located on Tigran Mets Avenue.
The original design represents a single-story
building with a rectangular floor plan, consisting of a system of rooms
arranged in two rows around a corridor. The principal façade faces west. The
façade plane is articulated by six rectangular openings, the third opening from
the left serving as the entrance. The openings are framed with surrounds. One
of the decorative elements is a cornice embellished with a dentil course. The
façade is constructed of finely dressed black tuff masonry. The floor structure
is wooden, while the roof is covered with sheet metal.
In the 1950s, an annex was added to the
northern façade, and a second story was constructed above the house.
