A Grand Piano Played with Feet: Musical Innovation in Shoghakat Park


A grand piano has found its place in Yerevan's "Shoghakat" park, offering a unique musical experience played with the feet. This creative project materialized through an open tender by the Yerevan Municipality, marking the 120th anniversary of renowned Armenian composer Aram Khachaturian.

Crafted by the robotics company "Hands Do," this interactive addition showcases the intersection of technology and artistic expression.

Kanaker resident Khoja Plav reconstructed the Karmir (Red) Bridge, one of the three bridges over 1804-1813 the Hrazdan River. The bridge was named "red" because it was built of red tuff.
