Statue of Noah

The statue of Noah is located in Yerevan, behind the residence of the President of the Republic of Armenia. The monument was erected in 2000 in front of the residence, however , on May 2, 2011, at the suggestion of Narek Sargsyan, the chief architect of the republic, the statues of Noah and Tigran the Great were moved to the back of the building, for that reason the size and position of the statues do not suit the facade of the presidential residence.
The sculptor of the statue is the honored artist Levon Tokmajyan. It is made of marble and basalt, the dimensions are 3x1, and 2x1 m.
