THIRD GOVERNMENT HOUSE

The building is located in the area between Aram, Nalbandyan, Hanrapetutyan, and Vardanants streets, near the Republic Square metro station of the Yerevan Metro. The structure has a three-wing composition and houses various ministries and state departmnets of the Republic of Armenia.

Part of the ground floor facing Aram Street is occupied by the Alexander Tamanyan National Museum-Institute of Architecture.

The walls are made of concrete and faced with finely cut orange tuff stone. The surrounding area features medieval khachkars (cross-stones), fragments of khachkars, a dragon stone, and tombstones.
