KHACHATUR ABOVYAN SQUARE
1950
Khachatur Abovyan Square was
formed in 1950 and is located at the end of Abovyan Street. It is a circular
square that terminates the street, with a statue of Khachatur Abovyan placed at
its center (1947; sculptor: Suren Stepanyan; architect: Gevorg Tamanyan).
