The monument to
Marshal of the Soviet Union, twice Hero of the USSR Hovhannes Baghramyan
(1897-1982) is located in front of the building of the American University of
Armenia, on the edge of Marshal Baghramyan Avenue.
The famous
military commander is represented seated on a horse, in military uniform.
The monument is made of bronze and granite, the height with the pedestal is 9 m.
