Located at 56 Abovyan Street, this building was constructed with funds from the Armenia Relief Committee (ARC) and designed by architect Alexander Tamanyan. It is a three-story structure featuring a semicircular volume in its central part. The building underwent reconstruction in the 1980s.
It is regarded as one of the finest examples of early Soviet-era architecture in Yerevan.
