The
house is located on Aram Street.
It
is a single-story building with a rectangular floor plan and a double-row
arrangement of rooms. The openings are oriented toward the northeast (street)
and southwest (courtyard). From the same side, a hall extends along the entire
rear façade.
The
building has two entrances: on the left, a passage leading to the house’s
courtyard; on the right, the main entrance. Both are arched. The windows are
arched in form. The upper part of the wall is emphasized by horizontal string
courses.The structural system consists primarily of load-bearing stone walls
laid in mixed mortar masonry. The street-facing main façade is faced with
finely dressed tuff stone.The ceilings are flat and made of wood. The roof is
pitched and covered with slate.
