Armenian circus actor, great master of
pantomime, clown, People's Artist of the Armenian SSR (1971) The monument to
Leonid Yengibaryan (1935-1972) is erected in the park named after him, in front
of the Yerevan Circus building, on a pedestal.
The monument is made of bronze, has a
height of 2.5-2.6 m, placed on a 1 m high pink, rough, basalt pedestal.
Yengibaryan is depicted in full height, his head tilted to the left, his arms
hugging his shoulders. The details of the clothing are drawn: a short-sleeved
shirt, a tie, trousers. The monument stands out for the elegance of its plastic
solutions.
