The monument to the Western Armenian poet
Daniel Varouzhan (1884-1915) is located in the Varouzhan district of the Avan
administrative district. The bust of the writer is made of red, polished tuff.
It is placed on a small pedestal. The total height is 3.3 m. On the front side
there is an inscription: DANIEL VAROUZHAN 1884-1915.
